Team Leader / Allied Health Professional – Liverpool

Your aim is to ensure your multidisciplinary teams of 15 practitioners are positioned to provide exceptional services to people with disabilities so that they can live their best life. You will provide clear focused leadership, professional supervision and be available to your team. You will ensure our clients in the local area receive the highest levels of service.  As part of our Area Management Team, you will have the full support of your Program Manager and a buddy from our peer network of Team Leaders.This is a 9 months full time role in Liverpool with the potential for extension ( 3 day Team Leader and 2 day Allied Health / Behaviour Support).What you need to succeed?If you are an experienced Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Behavioral Support Practitioner - this role is for you! As an experienced Social Worker, Allied Health Professional, Team Leader or Manager you will have:Allied Health experience preferably in a leadership capacityUnderstanding of NDISPrevious experience with CRM systemsTrack record of improving client outcomes in disability services and desire to provide high quality services to clients directlyThe ability to build and develop an engaged, high performing teamGood management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolutionPragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and manage balancing prioritiesWorking in a collaborative, cross functional way with teams, peers and stakeholders to achieve outcomesA relevant degree qualification and current driver’s licenseIf the above sounds like you, we want to talk to you!
