Reporting directly to the Manager, you will spearhead a team of counsellors dedicated to providing comprehensive support to clients impacted by adoption.Your role? Lead with passion and empathy, guiding your team to deliver top-notch services, including counselling, search and intermediary services, therapeutic groups, and professional development. You will provide hands-on support, mentoring, and high-quality supervision, empowering your team to thrive both personally and professionally.With your expert leadership, we will continue to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives, while also meeting departmental funding agreements and reporting demands with ease.Duties Lead your team to maximise client outcomes, meet compliance objectives, and ensure organisational vision and values are integrated into everyday practice.Collaborate with your Manager to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for process improvement and sustainable practices.Support team members in achieving performance expectations, building capability, and fostering employee engagement through regular recognition and talent development.Evaluate service delivery quality, client plans, and outcomes against objectives, addressing gaps in delivery and building team capability for improved service design.Our Benefits    We support people to live their best life.
