About the roleAs a Team leader across the Mid-North Coast based out of our Coffs Harbour Hub, your key focus areas will be:Clear and focused leadership of your multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support CoordinatorsLeadership in NDIS compliance matters as directed by your manager & internal stakeholdersYou will be an integral part of our Area Management Team, with full support of your manager and peers to guide you. Skills and Experience Ideally you will be a Team Leader with: Demonstrated operational experience in providing community-based disability services.Excellent understanding of the disability service operating environment and NDIS framework.Track record of improving client outcomes in disability services and desire to provide high quality services to clients directly The ability to build and manage the performance of an engaged, high performing multi-disciplinary team Good management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and balancing priorities Working in a collaborative, cross functional way with teams, peers, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes Please refer to the attached Position Description for more information about the role and the requirements.Our Benefits We support people to live their best life.
