We use our practice wisdom to mobilise social movements that advocate for anyone in need and create social change.About the role As the Administration Team Leader, you will provide high level operational support to the Managers and Team Leaders, enabling them to focus on their core purpose, our clients. In this varied and busy role, you will lead other administration staff and coordinate the delivery of administration support to our front line teams in delivering their services to families. You will also play a key role on program specific projects.Duties Coordinate the delivery of administration services, ensuring that all services are timely and effective Manage a team of geographically dispersed staff to ensure administration services are professional and effective across the sites and internal customers receive the level of support required (will be required to travel to different hubs across the Sydney metro area)Provide support to administration team, carry out tasks and relief when staff are on leave or during busy periods Our Benefits   We support people to live their best life.
