As a leader in the field of early childhood intervention, we are committed to providing comprehensive speech and language services to children aged 0-6 years, ensuring their communication needs are met to enhance their overall development. Terms: Permanent, Full-timeRemuneration: Beginning at $84,000 plus Super + Salary PackagingLocation: Logan, QLD  Your Responsibilities: Conduct functional assessments for young children.Develop goals with families and implement individualised intervention plans for childrenWork within a transdisciplinary team Provide direct speech pathology services to children in one-on-one or group settingsCollaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment for childrenMonitor and document progress of each child, adjusting intervention plans as neededOffer guidance and support to families on strategies for facilitating communication and language development at homeStay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood speech pathologySkills & Experience: Tertiary qualification in Speech PathologyRegistration with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience working with young children with developmental delays preferred but not essential Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention modelKnowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practiceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be a team player and have a commitment and openness to learning and development Proficient in navigating digital systems and utilising technologyCurrent drivers' licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (cars provided)Our Benefits   We support people to live their best life.
