You will work collaboratively within our team with full support and supervision from our Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals to ensure you are set up to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, client-centred services.Easy commute from Lismore, Bangalow, Alston vale, Byron Bay, and Everywhere in-between! Travel to clients in pool cars provides services in and around the Far North Coast. We are open to applications from experienced Speech Pathologists, those with less experience and new graduates, those with disability experience and without, so get in touch to have a chat today!DutiesIn this role, you'll be tasked with a range of exciting duties, including:Providing high-quality, culturally appropriate assessments and interventions for individuals with language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication needs.Crafting personalised treatment and therapy plans to cater to the unique needs of our diverse clientele.Implement appropriate evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to the goals and within the allocated hours of their NDIS planParticipating in support planning processes to ensure effective, coordinated service provision that meets clients' needs.Liaise with relevant persons in the client’s environment e.g. family members, carers etc. regarding implications and management of eating, drinking or communication needsOur Benefits   We support people to live their best life.
