Part time (4 days per week) position based in Hurstville  $74k - $79k inclusive of Super + Salary Packaging  Flexible Friendly organisation, WFH & part time options available The Shack Youth Services provides support services, learning opportunities, life-skills and creative development for young people and their families so they can develop the resilience to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage. To ensure the smooth operation of our service we require a special person to help the team function effectively! About this role As our Service Support Coordinator you will be adept at prioritising and balancing your focus to ensure youth/young people (12-17 years) feel safe, supported and enjoy opportunities for belonging. Duties  Plan and develop youth focused educational, health and wellbeing programs/services that meet the needs of the client group  Implement and facilitate these programs which will provide critical support during time of transition be it school or life transitions or transiting from the juvenile justice system Liaise and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as community groups and educational institutions in the planning and delivery of the program or service Coordinate program content, including preparation of documentation, information, presentations, promotional materials and packs Our Benefits  We support people to live their best life.
