As a Service Support Coordinator, you will support the team through data collection, monitoring of systems, administrative duties and assisting the Senior Leadership Team.DutiesDevelop and implement systems and process to achieve the monitoring and reporting of funding requirements listed belowInput data, monitor and maintain compliance with the Carers Register and the Residential Care Workers Register as per the OCG legislation and guidelines.Monitor and report on probity requirements across the foster and kinship carer cohortMonitor and report on Child Story Data as directed by FYL Senior LeadershipAttend Operational meetings, Carer Authorisation Panel and Complex Needs Panel and support with minute taking and the drafting of authorisation letters.Develop and draft Service Agreements for the FYL program as per the specifications of the DCJ contract and TBS guidelines.Our Benefits    We support people to live their best life. About this role

Duties

Skills and Experience

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you'll have the following:

  • Good understanding of the client vulnerabilities of individuals who may access the service and their needs
  • Experience with database and information management

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good relationship building skills with the ability to create strong working relationships with different stakeholders
