The role will include delivering services to complex at risk families. You will support Child and Family Practitioners in performing their role in this program; assisting them in preparation for visits and delivery of the service. In addition, you will work with the other Senior Child & Family Practitioners in the Central Sydney Program to deliver monthly coaching to the entire team of Child and Family Practitioners in the Central Sydney Family Preservation Program.You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Case Managers and Psychologists with supportive Management and Practice Leadership Unit to support you.DutiesAs a Senior Child & Family Practitioner in Family Preservation programme, you will:Collaborate with the other Senior Child & Family Practitioners to deliver monthly coaching to the entire Child and Family Practitioners team in the Central Sydney Family Preservation Program.Coach and Support Child and Family Practitioners in performing their role in this program; assisting them in preparation for visits and delivery of the service, especially with the management of more complex cases, including support at visits, meetings, and to resolve more challenging situationsSupport the leadership team with program and process development, review and implementationProvide high quality strength based early intervention to families with a range of complex needs. Our Benefits    We support people to live their best life.
