Our Carer Gateway is an initiative to provide carers (anyone who cares for a friend or family member who is frail, ill, has disability or is an older Australian) with information and support to help them continue their fundamental role happily and healthily. Duties

  • Schedule our home support services to older people and people with a disability
  • Match staff availability and experience with clients' needs and preferences
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agencies to provide our clients with appropriate services
  • Coordinate roster adjustments including change requests and cancellations for client services, ensuring communication is clear and action taken within an appropriate time frame
