People with determination and grit who can flex their approach as they expertly navigate the ins and outs of the NDIS system without compromising on client service. Your new roleAs our Psychologist, you will support children and adults to participate fully in life by providing high quality, culturally appropriate psychological and behaviour support interventions, often in relation to complex or challenging behaviour. You will provide assessment, individual psychological therapy and behaviour support in line with the person’s NDIS plan. DutiesProvide high quality, cultural appropriate psychological interventions to people with disability, often in relation to complex or challenging behaviourParticipate in collaborative discussions with clients, carers/family and other health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the client’s current risks and to map with that group the goals and evaluation required to achieve those goalsImplement appropriate evidence based services that meet the needs of client according to the goals and within the allocated hours of the NDIS plan or as per TBS requirementsParticipate in support planning processes for clients to deliver coordinated, effective service provision that meets the goals of the client’s NDIS planOur BenefitsWe support people to live their best life.
