We provide services in line with individual NDIS plans; your role is responsible for assessment, planning, monitoring and review of your client outcomes.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Case Managers, Behavioural Support Practitioner, Speech Pathologist, OT’s, Physiotherapist and Senior’s. We deliver services across the Penrith region.DutiesCoordinate the delivery of physiotherapy services to asses, diagnose and treat children and young people with development challenges   Conduct home visits and visits to schoolsRefer to and liaise with other medical and allied health professionals as required Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of child development and physiotherapyCoach, advise and provide on the job support to team members and carers to improve their skills and knowledge in the areas of developmental milestones, evidence based interventions and practice to improve client outcomesOur Benefits We support people to live their best life.
