Join the dynamic, mobile Rural Youth Mental Health team who are committed to improving the mental health of youth in various locations across rural and remote Western NSW.The Rural Youth Mental Health team provide individualised, holistic and collaborative mental health supports to young people, 12-25 years, across a range of communities in Western NSW.The Benevolent Society is a flexible, proactive, mobile and COVID safe workplace, providing resources and support in response to changing circumstances.Our Rural Youth Mental Health team is looking for new team members to support outreach work in a range of locations across Western NSW.  Position locations are flexible across the communities of Mudgee, Parkes and Dubbo. We value relationships with our local Aboriginal community and welcome applications from its members.RYMH team provide individualised, holistic and collaborative mental health supports to young people, 12-25 years, across a range of communities in Western NSW. You will develop meaningful working relationships with young people, develop and implement tailored mental health supports utilising an evidence informed practice framework, to support the young person make positive changes in their lives.Your new role:You will support young people (12-25 years) who are currently experiencing mental health challenges to build their social and emotional wellbeing, to recognise and manage their mental health through individualised therapeutic support, group work and case management.
