You will contribute significantly to the strategic direction of the property portfolio and facilities operations standardising best practice across the organisation while continuously developing and innovating our various procedures and policies. You will oversee the management of our lease negotiations, compliance and facilities management, as well as project management of our fit-outs across a growing portfolio. We currently operate from almost 60 leasehold properties throughout NSW, QLD and SA, so there is a significant amount of stakeholder engagement and management with the local operations team management.Your experienceAs an experienced Property Manager, you will have:5 + years’ experience in Property Services Management as well as having completed or commenced tertiary level business qualifications and recognised industry body certifications. Demonstrated experience in project management and change management are desirable.Experience delivering the highest standards of property governance and a technical understanding of facilities and leasehold management, managing fit-outs, purchasing and tenderingBe an ethical senior business leader who demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect in all business dealings on behalf of the organisation.Have an ability to manage fluid demands, interruptions and balance operational and strategic priorities.Be customer centric with excellent relationship management, interpersonal and negotiating skillsExperience working in the not-for-profit sector is preferred and demonstrated experience leading teams is mandatoryAn ability to multi-task, be a self-starter and take a proactive approach to implementing new property goods and services across the organisation with support and direction from the Director Corporate Services.Our Benefits    We support people to live their best life.
