We use our practice wisdom to mobilise social movements that advocate for anyone in need and create social change.About the roleAs part of the Information Technology team, this hands-on position will lead the development team to ensure that applications are up and performing as required, application development and management processes are continuously improved, service delivery meets all internal and external standards and expectations, and more!DutiesAs the Development Team Leader, you will lead the development team to achieve key outcomes in line with compliance standards, and Monitor and optimise applications to ensure an appropriate level of performance is achievedProvide technical knowledge and guidance to enable and facilitate testing and release activitiesMaintain, develop, document and store specialist technical knowledge for responsible core applicationsSupervise and maintain standards for application sizing and performanceProvide guidance for:Proactive development for enterprise applicationsProduction of intuitive solutions requiring little or no trainingAnalysis of root causes and provide a permanent fix solution or workaroundDevelop and maintain relations with key internal and external stakeholders, business owners, SMEs of applications, and clientsIdentify key areas for process improvement in the provision of applications development and managementOur Benefits   We support people to live their best life.
