We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  Your New Role We offer our services to a diverse range of clients from adults to children with physical or intellectual disabilities, working flexibly either in their homes, community settings or from our office space.Our Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive functional assessments, establish goals for each client and assist each client achieve these through therapy services, planning home modifications and prescription of assistive technology.As an Newly Occupational Therapist, you will be supported in:Conduct assessments and collaborate with Practitioners and clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client plan, as appropriate to their circumstancesConduct home visits and visits to the community as requiredCoordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services to asses, diagnose and treat children and adults with development challengesAssist each client achieve these goals through therapy services, planning home modifications and prescription of assistive technologyOur program consists of:Total remunerations $92,000 (Base + Super) + Salary Packaging + meal & entertainment cardFlexible- friendly and hybrid work optionsFull-time roles in: Sydney and Southern NSW Albury/Wodonga VICGoulburnLiverpoolWollongongPenrithNorthern & Western NSW ArmidaleTamworthInverellOrangeMudgeePort MacquarieCoffs HarbourBroadmeadowEast MaitlandSouth Australia Murray BridgePort PirieMount GambierTo assist in your growth, we will:Facilitate connection between graduates and the rest of the OrganisationProvide access to various learning opportunitiesSet-up one hour of formal supervision each week, providing you with a safe space to seek guidance and support from your seniorsHost monthly workshops for you to expand and deepen your knowledgeProvide the opportunity to have exposure to practice across other areas of The Benevolent SocietyOur Benefits    We support people to live their best life.
