You will work in partnership with families and early childhood services to gather information on their child’s development. You will support families to develop, understand and implement their child’s NDIS plans. You will meet with families virtually, over the phone or face to face, to gather information on their child’s development and current supports. Skills and Experience Diploma or degree qualification in early childhood education, social work, psychology or area of specialisation or equivalent relevant experience especially within support and implementation of early childhood intervention methodsProven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills including, active listening skills and demonstrated ability to adapt communication style and approach to the level of the audience Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to build professional, trusting relationships in short periods of time with awareness to diverse cultural and linguistic communities Demonstrated effective time and priority management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines & stakeholders, accurately assess risk and urgency and to maintain knowledge of all tasks with repeated interruptions.
