We use our practice wisdom to mobilise social movements that advocate for anyone in need and create social change.About the role   This is an exciting opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and dynamic team here in Broken Hill!As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will have opportunities to collaborate and work closely with other Allied Health Professionals under our multi-disciplinary model to provide tailored support to meet our clients' goals. You will have a wide and varied client case load, from children to adults with various intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. Our team is here to support you with weekly or fortnightly supervision from our Senior Practitioners, monthly communities of practice where you can share and learn with your colleagues and ongoing support from our Allied Health professionals and your Team Leader.   Our BenefitsWe support people to live their best life. This means you have:Minimum 12 months experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner, with NDIS experienceBe endorsed as Core, at a minimum, under the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Positive Behaviour Support Capability FrameworkEvidence of self-assessment or evidence of application to Quality Safeguard Commission is requiredBe familiar with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Behaviour Support Rules 2018, NDIS practice Standards, and SA Department of Human Services Restrictive Practice Authorisation Scheme, and the Regulated Restrictive Practice Guidelines      An ability to communicate and appropriately respond to needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds   Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlinesBe flexible and confident in your service provision to clients with the ability to adapt as requiredCurrent SA drivers' licence and willingness/ability to travel to clients   Apply today!  To apply please follow the link and submit your current CV along with a 1 page cover letter discussing your reasons for applying and suitability for the role.
