You will coach and provide on the job support to colleagues and build their assessment, case management and counselling capacity.Managing your own small caseload, you will support clients with complex needs to empower them to make lasting change.Your new team:You will enjoy on the job training, support from our passionate team and your buddy will help you find your feet. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative Leadership Team working across multiple program areas includingPost Adoption team who provide support to all parties affected by adoption including information and referral; counselling; intermediary services and group work activities.Child and Family Wellbeing team support children, young people and parents who are struggling emotionally.
