Our Senior Case Manager is more than an experienced worker with a reduced case load! You are part of our Specialist Services delivery to support the Torres Strait Islander Family Wellbeing Service team with exposure to a wide range of leadership areas. We deliver voluntary services to families who require support across the continuum from early intervention to those at risk of entering the tertiary system.In this position, you will be working alongside the Torres Strait Islander Family Wellbeing Service, which is delivered by Mura Kosker Sorority Inc. from Thursday Island.
