We are a non-religious, not for profit organisation at the forefront of societal change for over 200 years.About the role:You will develop employment relations strategies that promotes our workforce strategy, provide expert employment relations advice, coaching to senior leaders and HR team, develop ER solutions which balance the employee experience, legislative & common law requirements with business imperatives as well as lead change effectively through clear purpose, communications and socialisation.You can effectively balance strategic and operational needs with a solutions focus.
