You will work with clients to undertake comprehensive assessments to promote their needs, preferences and goals. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team based in Liverpool, which includes Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and other Client Support Partners.
